Rock Dogs is a small business focusing on handmade and small-batch products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Cancellations may only be made within the first 30 minutes of purchasing.
If an item arrives damaged, please reach out, and we will help remedy the situation.
Let us explain why. We are a small business, a very small business that hand-makes many of our products in small batches, with a slightly experimental process that takes time. Our time is limited, and we handle all aspects of our business ourselves.
We believe deeply in the quality of our products and know that our products are even better in real life than they appear online. We celebrate the small differences and characteristics of each of our pieces but recognize that not everyone feels the same way. If you are reluctant to purchase something you have yet to see in person, we think it's safe to say that if you're drawn to it online, you will not be disappointed when you receive the product in the mail. If you are set on one of the products but want to be sure, please reach out for more photos and details before purchasing.
